Katie Hargrave / County Museum
Four displays were created for the county museum in spring 2006. These displays consisted of brass plaques, brochures, and
lightboxes. Each display used the institutional measure of land, the county, as a meathod of questioning the place naming
systems of the US. An extension of my other projects, this museum uses the display language of natural history museums
to look at doubles, at legacy, at migration, at failure and at Amercian history.
